Job Overview:
The Market Development Researcher is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales departments through utilizing and maintaining corporate database. The Market Development researcher reports to the Market Development Manager.
Salary: 9,600 CZK for 80 hours/month. Plus a bonus structure: 2,500 CZK + (depending on reaching targets).
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call into accounts on targeted lists by utilizing and maintaining corporate database.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers
- Raising awareness of Concur solution by distributing Concur materials, brochures to the new added contacts
- Operates under supervision with frequent reviews of work.
- Works closely with Market Development Leadership team, MDRs, RSE and Field Marketing.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
- BA or equivalent in Marketing & Business
- 1+ years experience with customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, or market development activities.
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have high energy.
- Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
- Must be a team player with strong initiative, excellent PC skills
- Language skills: fluent English
